  As a woman in recovery from substance abuse, I have had the gift of being able to completely change my life and live perfect love and perfect trust. With the learned capacity to truley connect with other people. To make room for life rather than: (insert here a characteristic you struggle with), mine is living in old pain that no longer serves me. For me the capability to be used as a channel for healing is something that I had prayed/hoped for, for many years previous to learning Reiki. I find Gratitude through its practice. Reiki as a way of life is one of the best things that I have had the honor to experience - and that I may share this with those I love leaves me speechless. Reiki to me is: Centered. Safe. Hope. Relief. Open. Possibility for something better. Healing. Freedom. A true gift. Humbling. Giving. True.
