(Families Overcoming Life eXperiences)
Life brings challenges that no person or family should have to navigate alone, especially during sensitive times like pregnancy, postpartum, or major transitions. The Centered Soul Initiative created The FOLX Fund (Folx/Families Overcoming Life eXperiences) to provide unencumbered access to culturally rooted, holistic, and stabilizing support to the folx and families who need it most.
Your contribution directly supports EVERYONE, with special focus on BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, low-income households, teen parents, pregnant and postpartum, essential personnel, and anyone navigating life with limited support.
Through your generosity, we are able to offer:
Every dollar allows us to show up sooner, stay longer, and help families overcome the life experiences that make pregnancy and early parenthood overwhelming.
Your gift today strengthens folx and families, restores hope, and brings healing directly into homes, schools, bases, and communities.
Together, we can ensure every family receives the care, connection, and compassion they deserve.
Donate now and help folx and families receive access to holistic support through the FOLX Fund.

The Centered Soul Initiative is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (NPI # 1073408209) created to make holistic wellness accessible for everyday people — right where life happens.
We believe healing doesn’t only belong in clinics or luxury wellness spaces. It belongs at work, in schools, at the park with your kids, and in the rhythm of your daily life. Our mission is to bridge the gap between modern healthcare and holistic living by offering approachable education, restorative care, and practical tools that fit real-world schedules and budgets.
Through compassion, outreach, and evidence-informed education, we help individuals and families discover what wellness looks like for them — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and culturally.
The Centered Soul Initiative brings holistic care and wellness education into the community through programs designed to meet people where they are:
Through our sister brand Elder & Sage, we share herbal knowledge and handcrafted remedies that make self-care simple and meaningful. From elderberry syrups and infused honeys to elixirs, teas, and ciders, each product supports the body’s natural balance and offers nourishment from the inside out.
These offerings complement our outreach work — helping families understand how to incorporate ancestral plant medicine into modern life safely, effectively, and affordably.
We hold space for those who hold space for others — the educators, first responders, healthcare workers, veterans, and caregivers who show up for their communities every day.
Our programs intentionally reach BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, families navigating health disparities, and individuals who may not have access to traditional wellness resources.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to feel whole, supported, and seen.
We envision a future where holistic care and education are accessible, trusted, and normalized — where a quick stop at a local event might include a wellness check, a breathwork break, or a cup of herbal tea.
At Centered Soul, we’re building that future now — one conversation, one connection, one healing moment at a time.
Wellness is not a privilege. It’s a birthright.
Centered Soul thrives through collaboration. We welcome partnerships, volunteers, and donations that help us reach more workplaces, families, and communities.
